Anyone know a reliable place that sells these? I did some searching and found a few retailers on eBay and Amazon, but all had at least one bad rating(s)/review(s) which discourages me from buying.

Ebays your best bet and pay with PayPal so you have buyer protection just in case

 

Don't buy from Ebay. I purchased from a seller with 500 good reviews and I found them to be fakes. I recommend you just get the Osram CBI's from theretrofitsource.com.

edit: one thing to note, i was following the guide to the dot and forgot to take a picture of the acutally wording thats says philips germany etc. i can do that as well if you would like.
