Blacking out the rear spoiler brake light?

Is there a way to do this? There is a 3rd light in the back glass, so its redundant to have it on the spoiler...and I'd rather have a solid black look.

Crappy picture linked so that you can see what I'm talking about:

I would just disconnect the one on the rear deck to get rid of the double 3rd brake light. But if you want to get rid of the one on the spoiler, your best bet is to get body work done to fill up that slot on the spoiler. Otherwise, it might look strange since you'll still be able to see the slot.

I thought it was pretty dumb too that the spoiler had brake lights, i dont like how it stands out and is a different color from the body. I was thinking about spray tinting it with niteshades.

You brought up a good point, I've never even thought of blacking out the spoiler brake light. Hmmm....

I just had them tint over the area that had the third brake light and disconnected the bulb, you can hardly see it.
