HID Question 2011 G37 Coupe

anyone tried to change the hid bulbs to 6000k, i tried and when i tried to turn them on they came for a fraction of a second and turned off. have also tried genuine phillips 6000k bulbs too but it does the same thing. thanks for help

Yea, i've changed my bulbs out to 6000k, but haven't had the same problem, i guess u need to make sure you have a sturdy connection and you're using the right bulbs and not knockoffs

I had that problem on my passenger side, I believe our cars are just like that. You have to get lucky with the bulbs. I remember reading about that somewhere in this forum.

The issue is that the ballast doesn't like low quality bulbs.
it has happened to many with 2011+ infiniti's

my passenger side bulb goes on and off frequently, ill start the car and it'll be on sometimes, most times it won't be on....

its a personal liking of them, 4300K stock is the best light output!

i think they are weaker & blue if i remeber good i have read a thread here about more
kalvin and outpot i guess you will lose power if you want it more colorful

PIAA makes the best 6600K Hid kit. $ 385 for the set . You pay for what you get.
