Window Decal for $50/month
I honestly think it isn't the car but personal preference. 20K, 30K, 40K, 50K, 60K.
A 40K car to someone may be worth more than someone who has set standards at 50 or 60K. My only argument would be if it lowers the car's look. I dont want to drive a 'loaner' all over town. I've seen some dealers name on the side of the car and there huge. Others on the back window for Rick Case Acura, huge. Regardless of the value, it seems you drive a loaner or something. FTS

if the car is completely stock, then i can see it looking like a loaner. but if there are anything modded (even tints), i don't think people will mistake it as a loaner. but i agree, it's not about the price of the car, but how it makes any car looks.
If you drive ~700miles/mo, averaging 35mph, then your car is parked about 97.2% of the time.

Just having some math fun
and I'm bored.OP - I wouldn't put their sticker on my car. That's me. If you want the money then do it. I don't see it as a big deal. Most car owners leave dealer plate frames and covers on.
my previous M was from Coconut Creek Infiniti and the decal they showed me was not "small" by any means. I've seen a few cars driving around the area lately with these "small" decals and they take up 1/3 of the rear window.. maybe they are paying them $100?
Regardless, $50/month is not going to make or break me and I'd rather not have my car look like a loaner. If the decals were for a sponsorship/aftermarket parts and it was used as a show car it's a different story, but once again the decals these dealers are putting are not "small" by any means.

I understand if someone did that to a Hyndai or Civic as not everyone can afford $40K+ cars, and this is definitely a good way to save even more. I understand there are PPL out there who bought half million dollar houses, but can not afford the electricity bill. This is why I said the idea was funny, but hardly a surprise.
It has to be big enough to see from front and back, or what's the point? If the decals are clear enough to be read by drivers behind you, they are either tailgating you or the decals are BIG, but I am curious to see it too.
My car is not a billboard, nor am I a ***** for advertisers. I have my standards. No decal for me. There are more than enough Infiniti commercials on tv. Let's not cheapen the brand by making our cars look like taxi cabs or city buses.
That's actually nice that they at least offer to "sponsor" the decal.
Sure beats having them place stickers on your rear deck without asking. Or the customary "here's a free license plate holder (with our name on it.)"

Of course, the OP is free to do whatever he wants with his car, because his car. And he's free to declare his personal values and sense of taste, because Car Forum.
That said, I think it's a pretty tasteless thing to do, particularly if you consider yourself an auto enthusiast. If you take notice of the license plates on other cars, its a fair guess that 50% to 75% of them still have those cheap, plastic plate frames installed at dealership. Personally, I think that's a badge of ignorance, and the owner is a sucker for participating in free advertisement for a business that (more often than not) takes advantage of their customers.
Now, if the OP is actually *paid* for that advertisement, then he's certainly no sucker. However, that money doesn't change the nature of dealership advertisement on a car. It's still crass and tacky (IMO). So I wouldn't do it. And the motivation would be to maintain my sense of self-respect.
Well... I wouldn't do it for $50/mo.
Everyone has their price. I think I could be persuaded for $250/mo, but that's unrealistic, and I would still be embarrassed about it.

Believe it or not...every dealership around here seems to do it...
Sawgrass Infiniti, Coconut Creek Infiniti...I don't see any thing on their websites, but they offer it at the dealer.
Originally, I thought it was pretty stupid, but then I realized it really doesn't affect me too much. An extra $600/year (which would easily cover all maintenance) plus more...just for two decals...
I'm going in for service in a few weeks, and was thinking of doing it...

No way was I going to leave it there.
