Just put on my new lip spoiler instead of the nasty chrome stock piece and debadged the rear. I saw a plug socket under the carpet convering the rear decklid. Is that plug for a 3rd brake light? It has no connector, so I assume it must be for a camera or 3rd brake light. It is white in color.

 

Did you figure this out? If not does anyone know, I'm needing to know the same thing.

 

When I pulled off my chrome piece and painted it black, there was a white plug for my rear camera. maybe its for camera?
