Headlights not working - Big Issues

All,

Three days ago, my driver side headlight stopped working. No big deal, figured it was the bulb, so I ordered bulbs.

Installed the bulb today, and no dice. All other lights work, except the headlight (hi or low beam).

I checked the fuses in the fuse box next to the battery, which is a royal pain in the **** to take out, but all is well there.

I pulled the passenger side headlight and tried it on the driver side, no dice.

When I went to plug the passenger side headlight back in its original place, now It's not working either. So now, I have not one, but two dead headlights.

Again, all other lights work. Turn signals and fogs, but no headlights hi or low beam.

I'm in a bit of a pickle, so any help would be greatly appreciate.

I don't have my volt meter handy, but it looks like I'm going to have to get it from my trailer. I'll see if I'm getting power at the ballast.

if you can get to it, that would be your best bet. Do your cutoff's work when you hit the high beam switch?
