Wink Finally my cf hood!! :)

So excited just got a call and was told my CF hood will be here tomorrow between 12-4pm. The hood is made by auto kits their AK hood.. Just in time as today and tomorrow are going to be about 95 degress..

yea me neither, Just talked to Autokits and I'm the frist now to get it. They want some install pics for they website, Will try tomorrow night after work,, IF not Friday for sure.

Not sure for you, But I would go hood, I actualy like the Bose alot.. LOL the days of me rattleing windows is over. OLD, LOL

Haha agreed man! Pics pics pics please!!! I really want to see this on a car other than the white one with the new sport bumper... I think it will look even better when it compliments certain lines...

Wish you would have just waited to post it all installed! Ignorance would have been bliss in this situation, I hate waiting!

So tired this morning before work. Got as far as opening the box taking my hood off an then noticing there are no cut outs for the washer nozzles, clip for the rubber hoses or anything? I do not have the proper tools to cut the holes to match the clips, I have to call my B shop at noon, Sorry no pics. I will see what my b shop says if they can do it next week I'll put the hood on tomorrow and drive a few days with the washers hook up.. BTW only took me 15 mins to take my hood off alone. Whole thing should only take 45 mins or so.

I probally should add, I am the ONLY one with this hood so far, I am working with Jamie and Alex and doing the test fit, I will be keeping everyone updated on how this is going. BTW Jamie an Alex have been SUPER, Customer service and communacation as been 100% on the money.

Called my B shop and will codt like $50 for them in make the holes and fit everything in.
