Red face Anyone painted their grill to match car color?

Has anyone painted their grill to match their car color? besides black or white cars. I have a Graphite Shadow and thinkin' of painting my grill the same color.

ewwww. I'm trying to visualize that but I think it would look tacky. It would look like one of those MAACO paint jobs where they paint too much, lol. Isn't Graphite Shadow a dark color anyway? Go with black...just my opinion though.

I agree. Go with a contrasting color.

I'm going to do mine that color but leave the top and bottom rails chrome along with the emblem. If it looks bad then I'll just change it to black. Should be done in a couple weeks and will post a pic.

maybe if plasi-dip makes a color close to what your looking for its worth a shot. if it looks tacky then you can peel it off

I think if the top and bottom bar are left chrome, it ll look good.

I plan on doing my IP grille a medium grey and leaving the top/bottom bar chrome.

Yep that looks great and is exactly what I'm going for in K51 PG, already have the paint just need to finish the prep on a few other parts so I can shoot them at the same time.
