Fuse location for fog light bulbs in headlight?

So both of my what i gather to be foglights have gone out.. Im assuming its a fuse, but i cannot figure out where the correct fuse box is. I can see the one in the battery compartment, and the one under the steering wheel in the side panel. But neither of those locations held a fuse for anything headlight related.

Can anyone help?

you have to pop the battery cover off
then pop the plastic vent cover/shroud off of the battery area
disconnect the battery
pull up the big black fuse box on the side of the fender by pushing down the lock *****
they should all be there, I think theyre on the right part of the fuse box layout

Lol ****... Is there any easier way? Shouldnt those lights be on all the time if the low/high beams are on?

No. The fog lights only come on when YOU turn them on.

it kinda sucks that one has to disconnect the battery to reach some fuses.. i'm about to try this to look for a front cigarette lighter fuse, hoping it doesn't reset anything that i wouldn't want reset. (radio, gps, remote starter, etc).

What year?
2010 and older have fogs, and city lights in the headlight.

2011 and above dont have fogs in the headlight, just city lights.
Fogs are option in the bumper.

If both city lights are out, but your front and rear marker lights work, then its either both bulbs, or a common wire, not the fuse.

I was having issues with my fog lights not working either and I'm trying to take off the lid over the fuses but I don't know which what to pull it out or how to take it loff. Can someone help?
