Ok first off for $10.00 dollar's, that would of scared me off from taking it there. That's crack head prices!! And I bet it was a crack head that did it. For real, finger nails?... There a body shop, they should know how to debage a car period!

Second off its a very easy but time consuming mod. There are dozens of tutorials on this. And yes when your done, you usually have to buff the area out.

Third, if the scratches are not to the grey primer beneath it can be all buffed out in 5 minutes. If u lived near me and this was the case, i'd buff it out for u for free. Sorry to hear about the issue.
