I will be uninstalling mine tomorrow and would like to know officially as well. From my understanding, they come off as one unit and the are 7/8 screw holding it in place.

Did it!!
The IPL side sill instructions do not explain.

Front mud guards come off first. 2 screws behind wheel on inner fender lip, one machine bolt underneath, and one clip.
Then you proceed to take off the side sill per instructions.

All that is needed is a 1/4" drive 10mm deep socket, and ratchet.
Also an offset phillips screwdriver to remove the rear screw without removing the wheel.

The deep socket is needed because the rear deflector has nuts on long bolts attached to the body.
