Thanx 2-3, I may go to the dealer tomorrow anyway (although it's pretty far from where I live) because I wanted to see if they could run a maintenance history report for me (just bought my G 3 wks ago) so I could see what's been previously done to it, TSBs, warranty, etc. Hopefully they will run this report for free (to entice me to have any missing maintenance done by them). I will talk to them about the seat issue and see how they react about it.
I had my last G35 for 2.5 yrs, but it never had an issue, so I've never been to the Infiniti dealer here, hopefully they are a little more customer friendly than my standard Honda experiences were.

Has anyone figured out a way to resolve this without the dealer?
