How about instead of just throwing parts at it you take it to someone that knows what they are doing and actually get the thing properly diagnosed. They are a wide variety of things that could cause this problem and you may get lucky and fix it by throwing parts at it, but you could also waste a bunch of money and accomplish nothing.

yeah.. that'd probably be the best solution. but then again, that sense of accomplishment when I somehow get it to work with my own hands is quite tantalizing if you know what i mean haha

i highly doubt both bulbs or ballasts burned out, you can quickly check with a multi meter if the ballasts are getting power in the first place.

If it is not the fuse, relay, or switch, it could be the body control module.
