fog lights for 2008 coupe

well i just got my 2011 fog lights from TVPostSound and im going to be putting them in as soon as I get the pig tales for the lights..now im going to be tapping into the existing fog light wiring as i will no longer use the fog that are in the headlight. my question is what gaauge wiring should I be using for the connection?. I will post pics of the end product.

I remember following that thread because this is exactly what i wanted to do but I dont think he ever stated what gauge wire he used. Im probably gonna go with 14awg but just wanna make sure thats not to small.

nevermind guys I went back through the thread and he said he used 14 gauge.

thanks yeah i have them printed out.. should be on tommorrow. gotta go find a pt120 connector tommorrow

Dont tap if you're going to not use the uppers, ground one wire from the pigtail to the bumper (the metal beam) using a self taping sheet metal screw, with a crimped ring (Blue).
Then get a crimp butt connector, add 14 awg wire, terminate the wire with a crimp spade end (blue). The spade will slide into the female wire you pulled from the upper fog bulb.

should just connect it to the existing fog light and run all 4 together....4 hids together.. =)

You know the chrome pieces are Plasti Dip, so you can alway peel that off!!
