What color do you want your G?

I know some of us wish we had bought a different color car or maybe a new color has come out that we like even better. I have an LP now which I liked when I first bought the car, I do still like it now as well. BUT I am thinking about changing it up a little, maybe paint the G. So what color would you change your G to or would you keep it the same? I really like the melbac black and graphite shawdow colors, I like some other colors as well. What yall think?

Mines was originally IP and painted it to Glacier Frost Mica from the Lexus paint. Whenever it he sunshines on it while in motion you can see blue coming from the paint. Sucks that I can never see that in action

Matte Red or Matte Graphite are colors I'd like to have.

I'll eventually repaint and it will either be BMW Montego blue and Lambo white. I'm leaning heavily on Lambo white.

Pink with Purple racing stripes Casey, absolutely. Do it. You won't!

No seriously, if you're staying with Infiniti colors, Athens Blue has really been growing on me. If you're looking to stay a shade of gray, my vote is for the shade of gray offered for Canadian Gs but not in the states. I can't recall the name off the top of my head, (I think it's garnet-something?) but I've always thought that was a great color -- wish we had that here. Just my $0.02. Keep us posted on what you choose.

I got IP....I want a nice shade of red. My previous car was a laser red G35 and I miss the red.

Funny because I've been contemplating on this as well.

First choice was Obsidian Black and second was Blue Slate, but none where available in 6MT. So ended up with Amethyst Graphite.

Now I'm thinking about having the car repainted... thinking of a Gunmetallic Grey (Ferrari Grigio Metallic) or Carbon Black (Aston Martin)

Let me drive and you can watch?

PCasey, I like the color of your brakes, it looks somewhat like the Athens blue. Too much for the whole car?

Any ideas on the average cost? I am sure it will vary from place to place as well as color.

Probably a little too much for the whole car. I guess I am looking for like the melbac black color but instead of having the purple have a shade of dark blue .

Mines K51 which I've seen even Infinity call it several different names. I really like the color but it's a real pain finding parts already that color maybe because I really don't know what to call it.
Can someone clear it up for me, is it Platinum Graphite, Carbon Silver, Gotham Gray Graphite I've even seen it called Gray.

They have different color names but the color code remains the same. My Amethyst Graphite (K57) is called by another color in Japan. Also, different car makers may use the same color code but have a different name for that color.
