If you want to have someone do them for you, 180 Customs can do it, I believe they're in NY, but it would be $$. Perhaps there is a forum member near you that can do it for less. If you were down South and wanted them done, I'd say take them to Breftayka. If you do them yourself, post pics. =)
I say send it to a pro. A lot can go wrong if you're not confident that you can do it. Even I broke a few tabs but that was an easy fix with super glue. Up to you.
