Glove Box Light Fuse???

Hey,
Just received diodedynamics stage2 led kit for my 2012 g37 sedan. When i went to swap the glove box bulb i mustve done something wrong Yes, i know swapping a light bulb isnt that hard, but when i stuck in the led i saw a small spark n perhaps a small puff of smoke im thinking. Basically the glove box light does not work anymore and was wondering could this just be a fuse related issue? I am not too sure which fuse to check on. All the other interior lights are still functional. The LED did flicker on before i pushed it in, but is no longer lights up.

Go check your taillights, radio control light, little map light that's next to your sunroof switch. If those doesn't work I know exactly which fuse it is. Check back in

Make sure the bulb is in the right way, there is a certain polarity with LED's. Also, did you try putting the factory bulb back in to check? See if it is just the contacts as well that are having issues. When I just got my Diode Dynamics State 2 LED kit and installed them on my 12' G37, 3 of the bulbs did not work well. I had only put the bulbs in halfway for them to work, if they were fully seated in the socket as they should, they wouldnt work.

Good Luck!

Ya, the running tail lights were out as well. Just took it to the dealership since its still under warranty n all. Didn't have a chance to ask them which fuse or where they changed it.

Happen to know which fuse it is?

^ yep! It's the illuminate fuse that's located inside your secondary fuse box located on the side of your battery. It's hidden well inside and in order to get to it you gotta remove all those panels, it's simple.

Next time lol.
