Unhappy Need Adivce, Rear Coupe Side Windows

Hey all,

I took my 2009 37s Coupe to get a fresh tint job recently. well when they made the rear side windows darker these fine white scratches showed up. turns out they are in the glass. The shop says they didnt do it but they gave two options. I can get a full refund (keeping all the new tint) or they will actually pay for the windows to be replaced.. they subcontract that out. Now since these are the factory sealed windows im worried about fit. I would like the scratches gone but, i dont want future problems either. These guys i know will stand by thier work, but we all know that things can show up down the line and im in the military so will be moving away in about 2 years.

whats your thoughts?

(btw, we tried on one to put the lighter tint on , but i can still see the scratches even going back to the lighter color)

thanks for all comments

They have scratched the glass with their razor blades that they use to scrape the window clean for film prep. The only way to get rid of them is to replace the actual window and start fresh.

I have the same marks on my window, but have chosen to leave them in as is to keep the original OEM glass and seals in place....good luck.
