Blacked out headlights and tails on white G37

Anyone black out the headlights and tails on a white G37 yet? Post pics if you got them please.

I hate blacked out and smoke taillights, it diminishes the light output. I would rather bright as hell taillights so someone can see when I'm braking than maybe somewhat seeing it and possibly hitting me from behind.

hence, the reason i choose the GTR style with cutouts. I never understood the need to diminish light output. like the ones running 109068680305385k hid bulbs.

haha I know, I laugh every time I see purple headlights....

are those blue bat's overlays you have on your tails? what %?

is this legal? I would assume cops love to pull these cars over because there is not suppose to be anything impeding the lighting?

Yes, they are Bluebat's. I think he rated them as 20%. he has 2 shades. 6/10 and 3/10. I got the 6/10. Judging by how mine looks, I would think the 3/10 is barely noticeable.

Mine are black & quote dark in daytime.
Shop who painted mentioned to mixta with alot of clearcoat.
This will make the light more visible, mine is good from like 500 feet.

Yeah according to Andy the 6/10 equals 20% tint and the lighter 3/10 equals 60% tint
