LED installation?

Anyone know the steps to installing LED's inside the headlight units for 08+ G37S Coupe fully loaded (Prem., Tech, NAV, and Sport)? Need detailed steps on this for DIY. Have searched high and low for this and yet couldn't get one hit.

I don't know what you mean by clearance lights. I'm installing LED's for Daytime/Nighttime running and I need to know what wire to intercept and what the wire that needs to be intercepted looks like (photos).

there's no wire to intercept. you can buy LED's that are plug and play into your clearance light(aka parking light right underneath the fog)and amber reflector. that's the only 2 places you can install an LED into if that's what you're asking.

No. These LED's do not replace the factory bulbs. They require the interception of a wire. I am looking for which wire I am supposed to intercept and what that wire looks like.

man, can't you just say led halo rings hahaha. since it's inside your headlight housing you can drill a tiny hole behind the headlight housing and run the wire outside then tap it into the amber reflector wire which is red and black.

use t-taps.... You can get them at radio shack. On their website they are called "Wire Tap-In Squeeze Connectors" - get the correct gauge t-tap for the wire you want to tap. They come in different colors depending on what gauge they fit. In the past I used the blue ones to tap the fog light wires on my old car (not the G).

also, do yourself a favor and disconnect your battery before you start messing with anything electrical on your car....
