In my case it came out perfect. I think he must have just moved the covering around to cover that hole. He certainly didn't have any seat backs or coverings hanging around.
The dealer order a new seat back (4 days) Had him install it and take care of the seat belt tsb. Replaced the belts with the newer redesigned type. Everything is perfect now!!
