Removing grille paint

I painted my grille. While it is an acceptable job, I don't think it looks as great it can possibly be. any suggestions on how to take it off so I can repaint it? Paint thinner took FOREVER to just one row. Any other suggestioins?

Sandpaper and water*******

Use black 600 grid sandpaper, and use a bucket of water mixed w/ soap to always keep the sandpaper wet, the more water you apply the easier it will be to sand it down. Good luck... it's tedious and time consuming, thats why its better to get it done professionally off the bat.
