I ordered an OEM spoiler online for my black coupe for a great deal. One problem, it came with a convertible coupe install kit and templates. With all my research I believe the spoiler itself is the same for the Conv vs coupe.
I'm very nervous about the install without the proper drilling templates.

Anyone know for sure if it is the same spoiler?
Anyone have advice to find and purchase the standard coupe install templates?

Dealer did not want to help since it they didn't sell it. OK Thanks

 

Ordered online from where? Did you call the company you got it from for a coupe template?

I ordered it from an import salvage co. Who know where they got them, it was OEM new in box, and they were not all that knowlegable about the specifics.

 

I'm having the same problem! Let me know if you guys find anything. No dealerships have them lying around either...

 

Coupe requires 5 holes drilled, and I think the Convertible ones require 6 holes being drilled. What does the vert spoiler instructions say?

 

Yea, convert has an extra grommet hole for the FM antenna built into the spoiler, coupe does not need. The template holes are not the same for the primary mounting holes. I think the camera wire hole looks OK. I'm not into experimenting. So maybe I'll have a good convertible spoiler to sell.
