Just wondering has anyone tried install the '10 journey fog lamps onto '09 sport? the shape of the vent on bumper looks similar, would the fog lamp fit?

 

no. similar, but vents are way smaller on 09.

 

Won't work. You'll need to purchase the 2010 windshield washer tank to give you more room behind the vents to fit the foglights, and purchase aftermarket fogs and secure them to the bumper support with custom fabricated brackets. It's doable but takes some time and trial and error testing.





If you have a Journey, it's much easier to install, you wouldn't need the windshield washer tank, but you'll need to bring the foglights in a little closer to the center.
