I had the thigh support in my 2012 Maxima. Crumbs seem to accumulate down there. I sorta miss it in my G37x.

Can I add the sport seat if I find one at a good price? Is the wiring different? Does the car memorize those positions of the seat, and is this an issue?

doesnt seem to have play if some one sits on the seat. My passenger seat thigh extenders make a click sound if I dont have a passenger though. and I do agree about the crumb issues w/ the sport seats.

The side supports (for the legs) on these Sport seats are horrible in my opinion, they won't go out near enough. I'm 5'8" and about 180 lb and they just dig into my left thigh. I drive about 50 miles one way to work and home each day and by the time I get to my destination, my left thigh is sore as he11. I have tried many, many times to adjust it in then out as far as it can go just to make sure it is all the way out, and it doesn't make a difference.

I did see in one thread on this forum that somebody actually tore the seat apart and took out/cut off a piece of metal under the seat leather to get more room for the left thigh, that's just a little more work than I want to have to do to be comfortable in my seat. I guess we all have our opinions on these things and that just happens to be mine. That's really one of the only complaints I can come up with for this car though (other than the sedan not having fold down back seats, and no steering wheel heat option)

Interesting old bump. The sport seating was almost a deal-breaker for me towards the beginning, before coming to a final decision on which model car I wanted. In my experience, it was really unpleasant the first few weeks, after which is slowly became the new normal. Now I wouldn't have it any other way, and have actually brought the bolsters back in a few notches.

And I love the extended thigh support... it's always out, regardless of the situation.

The other big plus on the sport seats is that they're freaking gorgeous.
