Underground Parking Rust Water from Piping Above

I noticed there are exposed rusty looking pipes mounted on the ceiling @ my underground parking. There are some bigger ones and smaller ones that cross it with the fire sprinkler

At times they drip, i'm not sure if it's condensation or leakage? Hopefully if it's leakage it's just water for the sprinkler system.

I'm afraid of the rust water dripping on my car and causing damage to the pain. Is this a valid concern? Is the paint strong enough to resist the rust water from the piping dropping and drying up after a long period of time? I don't drive the car often so it can sit there for weeks.

I had this happen to me at the underground parking structure at work. I happen to park under a leaky rusty pipe, it dripped on my quarter panel and left my paint really rough. So If water can damage your paint, imagine what rusty water can do.

Let your manager know about it, and document everything, because they will ignore it until something happens!
