Its easy, just tell them you called Infiniti about it and they said to visit your dealer and have it replaced under warranty. They can't prove you didn't call and they won't argue with you.

I had the same issue when I owned a G35. I didn't even think to have the dealer replace it under warranty though. It's nice to know I'm covered if it happens again.

When they replace the leather do they replace i on just the center part of the seat, or also the side bolsters and slide thing in front for the legs also?

 

i went to infinity at riverside and they said they wouldn't do it under warranty... usu they are the best with customer service and with mods. anyone else bring bubble seats to them?

 

Yea, I would like to know what parts they replace, if its only the bottom cushion or the side supports too. Also, do you guys notice a difference in the replacement cushion since its newer? I will call back to see if they will replace it. What have you guys said to the service person to get them to replace it. I told them about it and they said the infiniti leather is good so there's nothing to be worried about.
