well, coast infiniti told me the rear bumper had to be removed to get tail lights outta 2010 g37 and they were wrong. you do have to pull the lights to change bulbs and its tricky because of the 2 clips towards the outside of the light. you really have to pull and pry with something that wont break or mess up the car/light. i will be measuring the space for the rev bulb to see what size led bulb i can get in there tonight. Im looking at a 15mm x 36mm bulb. Will be ordering a few bulbs for fogs, clearance, rev, front signals. i will be getting two pairs for some to see which one is best to use.

 

Yeah you don't need to remove the bumper to remove the lights. I don't know why they would say that.

 

It's easy to do ... there are DIY's out there. I would recommend the "pull hard" version and not the "tap with a hammer" version. Let the jokes begin.

 

I took mine out the other day, just unscrew all the bolts and pull hard I mean HARD! they should pop right out

 

The vert rear tail lights is not exactly easy. You have to remove all plastic pieces inside the trunk that run along the edge toward the back. But no bumper off
