I'm interested in getting a new front bumper as they look killer when installed right. I've been considering the following:

1. AIT S-Tech 2. GT Concept

I'm hesitant though because I read that these can take a lot of work to make fit right, and sometimes you get the short stick and it won't fit. I like what I see with the AIT replica lip offered by Lou@Amp'd, but the full bumper looks much cleaner IMO. I'm also considering the Stillen Splitter with the stock sport bumper as I like the contrast with it being black on AG.

What are people's experience with full bumper kits. Anybody done the install themselves, how hard was it? How much should I expect to pay a body shop to install it given paint will be about $150-200? It seems the lip or splitter is a much cheaper alternative, but the either of the above, when done right, looks amazing.
