debadge and ghosting

did anyone debadge there 08 graphite lately and if so was there ghosting????? Did this in my 04 g and there was, so i dont want to do it if there will be ghosting THANKS

always going to be a little bit of scratches around where the badges were. take it to a good detail shop and they can get it out no problem.

you'll have some ghosting at first but let it sit in the sun for a couple days and just give it a good compound/polish/wax and you'll be good to go

thanks will do it,,,, do you think it lowers resale value?? im not sure i got a good price on my debadged g35

It may a little bit, but just pay $25 to get new badges and put them back on when you want to sell

Debadged mine within the first month of owning it and had a profesional detailer polish it and still have some very slight ghosting but only in the right light hardly noticable

i debadged mine and there isnt any marks i did it right when i got it took it to a paint shop they did it and dont see any marks

I took mine off and had no "ghosting". Just make sure after you do it you give it a good bath and you should be fine. (if you do it right at least)
