Ventilated/Cooled seats??

Has anyone heard anything about availability of ventilated or cooled seats in the G37? I saw a 370z advertisement and they are available there!!! I would love to get cooled seats in the G, and really am upset they are available in a similar car from the same company!!!

all the Infiniti SUV's have them (I think) but for some reason the G only has heated...but the flip side of the coin is the G DOES have a kick-@ss A/C unit in it

On the vert, only the non sport version has the cooled/heated seats. The sports version has heated seats only. This may be true on the coupe as well.

that seems backwards that the NON-sport has heated/cooled but sport only has heated lol I'm fairly certain the coupe is only heated regardless of model

that makes absolutely no sense....put the top down & get all the cooling you want. Why would a topless car have cooled seats? lame move by Infiniti IMO.

As far as I know, if you check the WEB site, sadly, it is only available on the new M , Not the G

The reason the sports edition does not have the cooled seat is that there is a big fan that has to be installed into the back of the seat and ducting routed throughout. The sports seats dont have enough room for all this and the extra bolstering.

Well, i'd like the cooled seats for when the car is sitting out in the blistering sun and the black interior heats up (had willow on my coupe and didn't have the problem). Would be nice to cool the seats off so they don't burn you that badly! In the MB's, they just blow air through the seats, but in some american cars (Lincoln and Cadillac i believe), they blow actual air conditioned air through them...how nice is that!?!?!?

I wish I had cooled seats too. Getting in the car after sitting in the blistering texas sun all day almost painful.

My wife gives me crap all the time because HER car has cooled seats and mine doesn't. Hell, her car has active headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and the best oem stereo I have ever heard (Mark Levinson).....

What I dont understand is that they are available on a Nissan Maxima, but not on a loaded Infininti. I looked at Maximas before I got my '10 Infiniti. It pisses me off that you can get it on a Maxima, and a Convertible G, why not get it on a G sedan with every option, or have it available. I think thats B.S.
Mostly because Maximas have it.

Probably some Nissan executive decided to take this feature off the list to cut down some cost. Understandable but it's a stupid decision. They should have this in the [OPTIONAL] premium package for maybe $200 more.

Nevertheless, the next gen will get it
