are the stock G37 hid headlights 6k? i want to upgrade the fogs on my 09 sedan to HID's and want to match the color to the stock headlights. also, what's a good kit to get to upgrade the OEM foglights to HID's?? thx/1

 

Haha I wish...the OEM headlights are 4300K. I got my fog HID kit from HID Kits, BMW Aftermarket Bumpers & Lighting, DEPO - DDM Tuning and they are great.

You should just change the headlight to 6000K and match the fogs to it, it looks the best IMO

any install tutorials or a foglight hid kit? trying to see where i'm gonna stick the ballasts and what to expect for wiring etc ...

 

the wiring is easy. there is no splicing or anything, it all just plugs in like normal.

and the ballasts you can really put anywhere, don't be scared of the HID install, it is not hard or troublesome at all
