Most the tint guys I've gone to were probably college dropouts and pot heads but they sure do one hell of a job. And I can guarantee they sure dont have any special training or certifications.

i paid 140 for mine. No way I'd pay near 400 especially since I can get a fix ticket and there goes like 200 dollars to undo and redo

Thanks for all your feedback. I'm not car expert, but if you have any medical questions; let me know. So what you guys have, dye film, metal, carbon? I noticed the popular types of brands are llumar and Johnson's. These brands have their own series, which type you guys have?

I have the Formula One Pinnacle. 35 all aroiund which is illegal in VA so have fingers crossed. Been on for almost 2 years. It was like $250, but again that has been a while. Works real well. I also run legal Comfort 50 on the SUV on the front windows and one has been on 5+ years no problems either.

$250 nice price. Nice pictures of your car. I have PG. The main office in their website is CPFilms Inc FormulaOne Window Film
PO Box 5068
Martinsville, VA 24115

Overall, how do you like the ceramic tint versus the other type of brands of films?

Oh I asked earlier if you were an MD and you said you were from Jersey, not sure how that was relevant haha. I wonder how many other people on this forum are in Medicine. I am an EMT.

HAHA, I though you meant maryland. Thats a good question, we should start a forum on how many members here are in the medicine field. Personally all I know is that the car is nice, fast, and everybody in my employer likes it. Another reason i cant go too crazy on mods, is probably because of my profession. I like clean sleek oem cars that dont need basically nothing. In this car all I wanted was the eibach drop, the 15mm or 20mm spacer, and the tints. I was thinking gredddy tic, but after some research and questions, I was advised it was too loud, I dont want to wake up patients when I go to the hospital at 2am jaja. Someone mention Tanabe, but I dont know, sounds kinda stock type.

Thats way too expensive for tint I think. Ive got lumar all around except windsheild w/ lifetime warranty = $100.

I have had many different types of tint over the year. Key is the installer. I like the Pinnacle One, but actually I picked it because of the color. When you look at all of the tints, they look different depending on a number of factors.

$120 all around for 35% with Johnson film. Lifetime guarantee. You're wasting $ on that "fancy" stuff.
