HID Fog help!

So I ordered a 35w 4500K slim ballast kit from DDM and I can't get it to work.
1. Removed neg battery connection.
2. Removed original fog lamp (driverside).
3. replaced with HID.
4. connect circular connectors
5. connected male H8 to harness connection (sedan uses H8)
6. connected female plug to ballast
7. reconnected battery.

Start car, turn on lights, headlights work but no light from fog. Replaced with original lamp and it works fine. WTF? HELP PLEASE.

Pics may help us diagnose. My guess is something is connected correctly.

Isn't the OEM fog for 09's 55W? I figured they would just keep the 2010's the same

I was going off post # 2 and 4 from this thread

Lol! I threw a code in the process. No idea what it is. Does 2010 have an OBD II port somewhere so I can scan it? Will post some pics later.

According to my 2010 owners manual the sedan is 35W and the coupe is 55W.
