carbon fiber hood tinted red?

carbon fiber hood tinted red?
How do they obtain this effect? The carbon looks red. Is this the clear coat tinted red. The black was sprayed and sanded thru for the shading.

there is red carbon weave that they use now also, so its probably what you saw, never seen it on a hood though...

Theirs no way that's red cf weave. It's gotta be lightly sprayed so u can see the cf. **** looks sick man. That's something to think about right there.

thats a ghost effect that most custom paint shops should be able to do. They spray a light coat of red to make it look red while letting the CF ghost through

Definatly not a red weave, that looks very tacky.

Thats Adrian's car. The hood is made by Seibon and I am pretty sure it is a red weave then just regular clear over it. Not black weave with red clear.

I am pretty sure it is a red ghost paint job.
1. I dont believe Seibon does red cf
2. Red cf gives alot more of a red look
