Hey guys. The reason I want to remove my tail lights is to make my blinker LED. I am good with electronics so wiring in the resistor in order to not make it blink fast is easy. It is just getting to that bulb. There are 3 main screws with nuts on them. I undo all of them and I am able to push the tail light out a little bit, but it seems to be clipped from somewhere I cannot reach. I have tried everything to take the whole housing out. No luck.

If anyone knows how to remove these tail lights or has instructions.. please post!

There are 2 clips on the outer edge. You can pop them out 2 ways.

either pull all the carpet back and reach all the way in and you can hit them with something to pop em out.

or just carefully tap the screw thats towards the outside with a small hammer and itll pop out.

 

unscrew the nuts, use a hammer and hit on the screws. i put some microfiber cloth over the screws and hammer it down.. worked for me.
