Tint get darker after dry?
I got my MW/stone tinted yesterday and asked for 20%. The shop ended up doing 25% carbon tint and it didn't come out as dark as I wanted. My friend told me that the tint could possible get darker as the tint dried. Was he just trying to make me feel better or is this a possibility?
I'm debating whether to ask them to redo it or whether 25% is fine since I wouldn't be bothered by cops (legal limit 35% in NC).

do any of you guys have to get inspection stickers on your cars every year to pass emissions by the state? in Massachusetts if you dont have proper tint they wont pass you and you will fail. whats the law in your states?

i just don't know if it worth risking going darker because of a couple things. cars up north with dark tints stand out way more than a car down south. I dont know if cops will pull u over up here for dark tints and i dont want to fail an inspection sticker. what do u think?

Doesn't get darker .... the haze will clear up after a few days which might give the apperance of being darker.
