Installing G37x factory rear spoiler...will it cost me after my lease is up?

I'm days from getting my new G37x and planning on getting the rear spoiler (for navi) and although the dealership should be able to put it on; I don't know if that will delay me getting the car. I have a ski trip deadline (28th) that I desperately need the car by. This is also a leased vehicle (there goes the custom-painted lights I've been drooling over...anyway) so I'm concerned about going to an after market shop to add the spoiler. Anybody know if they probably will/could bang me out for drilling holes to mount the spoiler... if I return the car with an OEM/factory rear spoiler (just not installed by the dealer?)

Yes, does not matter where it is installed. It is an oem part, it will never come up when you turn the car in.

Mine was put on a week after I bought the car. Get the car, put the spoiler on when you can.

Youre good.

On my last G i put an ebay oem replica spoiler on, couldnt tell the diff, you even saw the holes on the underside of the trunk lid and i didnt get charged. (you have to return it with the spoiler obviously)

And btw about not getting headlights cause youre leased? cmon. You can trade and sell them before the lease is up!

Look at my car. Its a lease! lol

You can do ANYTHING you want to the car, as long as its removeable or reversible. So do suspension, paint lights and grilles, get and exhaust, you can always put it all back to stock at the end and sell the parts.

Go crazy on the lease. Headlights, grills, wheels, ect can easily be swapped out when the lease is up. Especially headlights, people hate downtime to get it done.

But one of the craziest G35 cars I have ever seen built was a lease actually. I DO NOT recommend going as crazy as this guy did but suprisingly enough the dealer took it back will the mods and didnt charge him at all.

His name is Balla on the G35Driver forums. He orginally planned on buying his lease out when it ended but issues came up and he couldnt.

He did custom paint job, fully built engine, custom twin turbo setup, custom stereo, custom interior, lambo doors...everything.

His LEASED G35
