Yes, a couple screws or rivets on each side (between the fender and lip)

if i ordered a full CF one, how long does it take to leave the autokits warehouse? I live in california so I take it will take atleast 1 week ground shipping to get to me right?

 

CF Front lip is made in a pre-order (4-5 Business days after payment recieved) and yes.. shipping usually takes 5 Business days Ground service from FL to CA.
