Will that extra 1/2 inch part of the lip that goes over along the bottom edge of the bottom grill be trimmed off in the final product?
Yes, we still need to trimmed off on the bottom part alil bit more for the final product.
We know 80%-90% of the people use the car for a dailly drive and we don't want to have them scrape the bottom part constantly.
also the test fitter car is very low, that why you see the lip like that

Alex I THINK what he is talking about is the 1/2 inch or so that comes up on the mesh of the sport bumper (underneath the Ryou grille), not the bottom of the lip itself...
