What do you do with OEM hood and trunk after you replaced them with CF parts?

Thinging about getting CF hood and trunk but don't know what to do with OEM parts?

is there anyway to transfer the wiper fluid sprayers and stuff to aftermarket hoods? I have been looking at some different ones but didn't know if that's something I need to consider

Yup, same concern here too.
Also for the trunk, does it has the same holes as OEM to transfer cables and fitting?
I am considering Seibon hood, trunk and spoiler.
