Replacement lights

I am looking to replace my factory 6000k lights with a light that has more of blue tint. Any recommendation on what I should go with? 8000k, 1000, 12000k, and what brand of light.

There are alot of members who have changed out for all of those colors. Do a search and you should be able to find some pretty good pics. Here is a pic of my 5000K bulbs. I got them from ddmtuning.com for a pretty good deal.

And here is a link to my review thread on them with more pics.

Why, so you can annoy the hell out of every other driver on the road, while simultaneously reducing the effectiveness of your lights? Factory is not 6000K, FWIW.

Well my car is not an everyday driver so I will not be bothering anyone. Can you help? If not don't leave comments.

Yeah, the factory lights are 4300K. If it were a dd i would't go more than 5-6k, but since its not 8000k wouldnt be bad. I wouldnt do anything past that though, then it starts looking more rice IMO.

Factory is 4300K. Most people have 6000K for a pure white look. Anything higher than that would be more blue but also I think dramatically decrease visibility. I'd say 6000K is the good compromise between look and safety. If you really want, you can try 8000K.

Looks like 8000k to me. Could also depend on the brand.

What brand should I go with? There is nothing rice about those 2 cars. But I understand what you are saying. I think it would look good with my car being slate blue and the lights on the inside being blue also. Thanks for your opinion. Here is another video of a G37 drifting with blue lights.

I got mine from ddmtuning.com I think they have anywhere from 3000k-12000K hid bulbs. They are alot cheaper than what others have gotten, but they still come with a 1 year warranty and i've had mine in for over 6 months now and havent had a single problem.
