Fix-it ticket for illegal window tint

I got an illegal window tint ticket a few weeks ago so I called the municipal court to see if I can get it dismissed as a fix-it ticket. She told me I had to come in with the car and have them check the windows again using their tint meter. I plan on taking off the side tints only and leaving the rear one alone before I go. Does anyone think they will check the rear?

where are u located? i think rear tint is legal..but i'm a cali guy so i dunno the other states.

Located in Oregon...i believe the law here is 35% all around except front windshield.
