Question Fog Light Upgrades

So I want to change out my fog lights and I'd like to get them a deep solid blue. I've seen tons of different pictures of different color temps, and so I've got a few questions...

1) Would 8000K or 10000K be better? I dont want any purple, just solid blue
2) I found these two:

PIAA Plasma Spark Blue 7500K H1 CarGym.com
Infiniti G37 HIDs Infiniti G37 HID Kits Headlight Conversions Xenon Bulbs

Can I just buy the bulb and change it out? Or do I need to get a kit with the hardware?

I'd appreciate any suggestions, you guys always have the right answers for me. Thanks!

for the foglights, You will have to buy a entire HID kit. Go with 8000k because that is pretty blue. Once you get to 10000k is when it become even bluer with hints of purple.

1) 10000K (bluer than 8000K for sure)
2) either one works. if you get the kit it will be brighter and light will not flicker when starting up etc..
