Angry Why does the dealership do this?

Great, dealer told me they would replace the driver seat due to the common bubbling issue our seats have.

Now I get a call after the wknd when I'm supposed to pick it, they tell me they're having difficulties with corporate about it.

On top of that the driver/passenger tint was to be re-done; there are dust particles in btw in the glass and tint. They told me no one booked it in and the tint shop is swamped.

I made an appointment well in advance of a month so these issues wouldn’t arise.

I am not surprised. My dealership refused to do anything about my seat.

Well both the floor manager and service manager agreed that it shouldn't happen and that they would replace it.

Huh, my dealer is usually pretty good. Replaced my bubbled seat with no questions asked. Only problem i had was getting them to replace my battery cause it kept dying, but after i talked to the service manager he got it done in like 20 min.

*Off topic, jsingh how are you liking the Injen SRI?? I'm thinking about getting one but would like to here what some other people think of them first.

I had also asked for them to do an oil change while it was there, needed doing.

I rec'd a call from them on Sat saying the car was ready for pick up and that the tint was unable to get done, so I was under the impression the seat had already been replaced

By the way, if any of you guys have the grounding kit installed, have they said anything about it in regards to voiding the warranty?
Since you guys have taken the car in for some maintenance, I was wondering if you had any trouble with the grounding kit.
