She wants black. Gloss black. I've mentioned it plenty of times before how we test drove just about everything under the sun including 5 BMW's. The only thing we liked about the Bimmers was the piano black interior trim. She wasn't too fond of the brushed trim from the get go but I told Her we could always fix that.
The piano black trim is hard to do. It's a deep deep black and the only real way to do it right is with a thick layer of resin. That thick layer would change the gaps and alignment of all the trim. So the next best thing is a nice gloss black. We're taking all the pieces to my paint and body guy tomorrow.
I tried like a mad dog to talk Her into Carbon Fiber. No go.
