It's going to look awesome. Did you consider anodized black finish? It wont have that deep glossy shine you'll have painting it, but I bet it would look awesome and certainly be unique.

I've ran about every option I could think of by Her. Red, carbon fiber, black, pink... Gloss black, flat black, black with a lot of metallic flake in it.
We'll be dropping the parts off tomorrow afternoon and go through the options one last time. As of right now, gloss black is the plan.

Thanks. There's two reasons for that. First, I'm an attention ***** who desperately seeks acceptance. Second, I want others to see what can be done and hopefully get others to share what they have done or what they can think up.

I agree. I have saved a few of your threads on removing interior trim since I am sending mine off this week as well. I found them very useful. They should be moved to DIY section.
