Thinking of going matte black. everywhere...

So I'm thinking of having my G completely murdered out, mainly in flat black. I'm happy with my stock performance and all and I'm starting to get to the point where I'll have some extra cash to spend on car stuff. So I'm thinking of getting the whole car done in matte black, preferably in the vinyl wrap so it can be removed later, but I guess I wouldn't be opposed to getting it painted. Also planning to send my headlights off to Igor for Iron Man and matte black housing/shrouds and everything. I'll have the grill done with the car. I'll get a bodyshop to paint the taillights for me. Definitely gonna need some wheels too, I'm thinking maybe I should get something like a time attack theme with a red stripe just to break up the otherwise entirely matte black. Down the line I'd like to get the TS kit, of course in matte black. Also going to drop it, probably just on the Eibach Pro-Kit. At this moment I'm completely stock though and haven't committed to any of this so I'm looking for some feedback. I found some pictures of a matte black G... https://www.myg37.com/forums/picture...n-dubai-2.html It's hard to see much in those pictures, but I personally like it. The only thing holding me back is that I don't think anyone else has gone as fully done up in flat black as I'm planning to go yet, so I can't decide if I'll like the final product so I figured I'd throw the idea out there and see what everyone else thought.

A vinyl wrapped condom G? If you really want all flat/matte black, then do it right and paint it. Not a look for me, but to each his own. Just do it right.

Your setup would look GREAT! (not sure about the red time attacks though) that G in that thread is my BS'er friend's G.. here's what his car looked like:

^
^ Definitely needs a drop, wheels, spacers and some grille & headlight work!

with your combinations though I'll put my money on the fact that IT WOULD LOOK HOT!

If you just considering Matte anyways, a friend of mine also did his in Matte Gold believe it or not haha

Myself, I'm considering Dark Blue Matte down the road.. but i'd definitely paint, you'll NEVER.. and trust me when I say this, NEVER get the same finish if its not painted.. every other car here is vinyled with matt.. it just isn't the same..

not until you get the kit and all the right supporting mods. looks just tacky on a stock car. even then im not that big of a fan unless its on a wild kit or some super car that will always be sick.

and i heard there's absolutely no waxing. it'll make it shiny which is bad for matt black.
