The G35s had plastic sides, the sides are aluminum finish on ours that scratch easy... I am assuming the washi will scratchs just as easy! We should clear bra them!

I just installed mine this morning, and they look great. Thanks everyone for the tips about installing them! It literally took me about 60 seconds for each side. I used a screwdriver to lift up the lower front edge, and then a kitchen butter knife (with masking tape on it to prevent scratching - it's thin, so it slips easily between the old trim and the door handle) to unseat the plastic catches. After that it just popped out.

It was tight getting the new piece to pop in, so I lightly whacked them with my hand in a glove, and they popped right in.

They do make a big difference. Seeing them in place just makes the el cheapo plastic ones really look chintzy.

The dealership I checked with quoted me this price for them....

80944jlo3a is 42.31 80945jl03a is 30.90

Weird that they both cost different prices?

I was also quoted different prices for the two pieces - $63.70 for the driver's side (I guess they figured that one would need replacement more often, so they charge more for it) and $46.89 for the passenger side. The dealer 'discounted' them to $93 for the pair.

I know this thread was quite a while ago, but it is the only one I found. I am trying to install new 2009 style Washi aluminum door grip pulls on my 2009 G37. I got the old ones off, but can't figure out how to get the new ones on. Can anyone help?

They just snap into place, very easily.
