Blue LED city lights while driving?

Hi all, I am planning to swap the parking/city lights with the blue 12 led bulbs which I bought from superbrightleds.com. I have some concerns. Does this light stays on while driving? Since its called parking lights, wouldn't it just light on while parked? If it stays on while driving, would it be too bright for incoming traffic? and would that be considered illegal to drive with blue led and so I will be pulled over by cops? thanks in advance for your inputs. I'm new to all these please excuse my noob questions.

yes these lights stay on while driving if you want to make sure just turn on you car with the headlights on and you'll see the stock bulb but im not sure that superbrightleds.com was such a good choice because have heard many stories of the bulbs burning out too quick due to excess heat!

You can turn you headlights and parking lights on and off unless you have a Canadian G (they have DRL, daytime running lights)

Blue lights are illegal to be displayed anywhere on your car in every state. Any color lighting facing forward must be only white or amber to be legal. Any lighting facing rear must be red or amber only except for license plate lights and back up lights. Whether or no the police in your area will stop you and cite you for it I cant say, but yes it is illegal.

They are the same throughout North America, not sure about the rest of the world but it only makes sense that they would be the same everywhere else.

Blue is always emergency response and never civilians, red is for tail/brake lights so it's dangerous to have them facing forward as is may easily confuse someone from a distance, white facing the rear would blind someone following or look like headlights coming at them. Pretty simply.

I think for us, blue is for snow removal vehicles... LOL! All of our emergency vehicles (ambulance, fire truck) have red and white lights only.

Either White or Amber.

I tihnk the AMBERs will look cool extending the parking light look.
The white can be issue since some white LEDs have different shades of color.

Becareful since most LED bulbs wont last long with alot of heat from that Fog light in that housing.

I think I'm going to just use the SilverStar bulbs since they are blue in color off and amber on.
